These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase and participation in our in-person and online training courses (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a course, or participating in any training, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We provide training courses, personal development programmes, events and counselling services that may be delivered:
- In person at physical locations specified at the time of booking or communicated after booking; and/or
- Online via live sessions, pre-recorded content, or a combination of both
Course descriptions, schedules, prices, availability, and delivery formats are provided on our website for informational purposes and may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian; and
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1 Prices
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time. Prices are shown in Pounds sterling (£) and may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes, depending on your location.
4.2 Payment Processing
We process all payments securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
Stripe handles payment card information in accordance with its own security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
We may store minimal transaction information, such as payment date, amount, and reference, for administrative and accounting purposes.
4.3 Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails, your access to the course or additional resources may be delayed or denied until payment is successfully completed.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
5.1 Training and online content
5.1.1 For individuals booking in-person and online training courses, personal development programmes and events:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 5 working business days before the scheduled training course, personal development programme or event.
- Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the full fee.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that once access to online training or additional video resources has been granted, the
payment is non-refundable.
5.1.2 For organisations booking in-house training courses, personal development programmes and events, either in person or online:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 30 working business days before the scheduled training course, personal development programme or event.
- Cancellations within 30 working business days and/or failure to reschedule may result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
By booking an in-house training course, personal development programme or event, you acknowledge that, once access to online training or additional video resources has been granted, the payment is non-refundable.
5.2 Counselling Sessions (Individual and Group)
Counselling sessions are booked in advance, and time is reserved specifically for you. Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled session.
- Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full.
- Refunds are not provided for missed sessions.
5.3 Provider Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training courses, personal development programmes, events and counselling sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, low enrolment, or events beyond our control.
In such cases, you will be offered, as appropriate:
- the opportunity to reschedule your booking,
- credit,
- or a full refund.
6. Access to online content and online training
6.1 Online Access
For online courses, programmes, events and counselling:
- Access is provided for the duration specified for the course or service page;
- Login details and session links are for personal use only and must not be shared;
- We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are breached.
6.2 Online Counselling Consent and Attendance
By participating in online courses, programmes, events or counselling, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Online delivery carries inherent risks, including interruptions, technical difficulties, or limitations to confidentiality.
- You are responsible for ensuring a private and secure environment at your location.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or software.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled date for courses, programmes and events; and at least 3 business days before the scheduled date for counselling sessions.
- Failure to attend without notice may result in being charged in full.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, recordings, slides, workbooks, text, graphics, and logos, are our intellectual property or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any course materials.
- Record live sessions without prior written consent; or
- Use our materials for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Code of Conduct and Group Participation
You agree to behave respectfully and appropriately during all training and counselling sessions, whether individual or group-based.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation, without refund, if you:
- Disrupt sessions or group processes.
- Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Breach confidentiality in group counselling.
- Violate these Terms and Conditions.
9. Counselling Disclaimer
9.1 Nature of Counselling Services
Our counselling services are based on Transactional Analysis (TA) principles and may be delivered on an individual or group basis.
These services are intended to support personal development, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.
Counselling provided through our Services is not medical, psychiatric, or diagnostic treatment, and does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
9.2 No Medical or Crisis Support
We do not provide:
- Medical advice or treatment.
- Psychiatric services.
- Crisis intervention or emergency support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or are in immediate danger, you should contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
9.3 Client Responsibility
By participating in counselling sessions, you acknowledge that:
- Outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific results are guaranteed.
- You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.
- You may choose to stop participating in counselling at any time.
9.4 Group Counselling
For group counselling sessions, you agree to:
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.
- Do not disclose personal information shared by others outside the group.
- Engage respectfully and appropriately.
While we take reasonable steps to promote a safe and confidential environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
- Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course, programme, event or counselling sessions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Health, Safety, and Safeguarding
11.1 In-Person Training and Counselling
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to participate in any in-person and online training course, programme, event or counselling session.
You agree to follow all reasonable health and safety instructions provided during your attendance and participation.
11.2 Safeguarding and Duty of Care
We take safeguarding seriously and are committed to protecting children and vulnerable adults.
If, during training courses, programmes, events or counselling sessions, information is disclosed that gives rise to safeguarding concerns, we will take appropriate action in line with legal and ethical obligations.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
12.1 Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, and store personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may collect information, including, but not limited to, your name, contact details, payment information, and records of course or counselling participation. This information is used to deliver our services, manage bookings, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
12.2 Counselling and Group Training Confidentiality
All individual and group training courses, programmes and events, as well as counselling sessions, are confidential to those taking part.
Information shared by participants will not be disclosed to third parties outside the session without consent, except as required or permitted by law.
In group sessions (training or counselling), confidentiality is shared among participants, and you agree to respect the privacy of other participants.
We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, but we take reasonable steps to promote a safe and confidential environment.
12.3 Limits to Confidentiality
Confidentiality may be breached where:
- There is a risk of serious harm to you or another person.
- There is disclosure of abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult.
- Disclosure is required by law, court order, or professional regulatory obligations.
Where possible and appropriate, we will aim to inform you before making such a disclosure.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
